What we collect
- Details you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, such as your name, business name, contact details and the service you need.
- Documents and information you give us so we can prepare a quote, licence or permit application, business document or ISO system.
- Information about how you use this website, collected through cookies, but only if you agree to analytics or marketing cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To deliver the services you ask for, including preparing and submitting applications to authorities on your instruction.
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used and to measure and show our adverts on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
- To send you information about our services, if you have agreed to it or you are an existing client. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use one essential cookie to remember your choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them, and only once those tools are switched on for this website.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed: with the authorities you ask us to apply to, with service providers that help us run our business, and with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising if you accepted those cookies. Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa, under their own privacy safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep personal information secure and confidential, and limit access to people who need it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, including for direct marketing.
